Summary	0022119: Rating 0.5 stars is pre-selected when adding Rating Criteria in an AutoPlaylist
Description	When adding the Criteria Rating to an AutoPlaylist it is set to Rating >= .5 stars. When setting >= to = instead the .5 star rating is preselected. Instead MediaMonkey should've no value for Rating pre-selected.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Create a new AutoPlaylist 2. Add Rating Criteria --> Rating >= .5 stars is shown 3. Switch to Rating = --> Rating drop-down has .5 stars pre-selected
