DescriptionIn course of 0018500 we added minAppVersion as compatibility field to prevent from installing newer addons on older builds when necessary..

There is also a need to specify maxAppVersion to prevent from outdated addons to be installed on newer versions...

maxAppVersion added in build 3013

i.e. if it is presented within info.json of the given mmip package then it disallows to install this addon on versions newer than maxAppVersion
