Summary0019875: Tracks can't be deleted (regression)
DescriptionIn build 1072 tracks cannot be deleted even after permissions have been granted.

1 Grant all permissions at install time
2 Select a track and 'Delete'
--> MediaMonkey requires write permission to some folders ! (this shouldnt' appear since permissions have already been granted)
3 Click 'Grant access'
--> Nothing happens
--> Track isn't deleted
Debug log PQ9EWV6L5Y

This bug occurs on Android 11, 12, 13, whether upgrading from an earlier version or doing a clean install of 1072.
It doesn't occur on an Android 9 device.

Note:
- a similar issue was reported at https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=103909 except in that case, the user received the 'Path not requested' error
- tracks are successfully deleted when auto-syncing and 'Delete tracks not on the sync list' is enabled. this would seem to imply that it's a logic issue rather than a permissions bug

Fixed in build1076

This issue doesn't seem to be resolved for the user at https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=103909 . I suspect that the root cause may be the same as 0019887.
