Summary	0017084: Folders browser: Toast message not showing
Description	at 0016483:0057567 we added toast message that folders browser uses file metadata not Library metadata, but it is not shown unless user enters subfolder of root of drive eg, c:\Temp while entering c:\ do not show it.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Start MM5 2. Expand folders 3. enter C:\ (No Toast) 4. Enter c:\Temp (toast shows)

Ludek 2020-11-13 11:29 developer ~0060173	Yes, it was intentional to show this after visiting a folder (not just a drive). I think it is fine as at the root level user mostly doesn't have a media file(s) to edit.
