Summary0016891: Popup: 'only when inactive' setting is ignored in most cases.
DescriptionWhen the popup is configured to display 'only when inactive', it shouldn't appear if:
1) The miniplayer is displayed and the user presses PREV/NEXT or any other button in the miniplayer (note: this is easy to trigger, but doesn't occur consistently)
2) The microplayer is displayed and the user presses PREV/NEXT or any other button in the microplayer (because hovering over the microplayer causes the popup to appear, and it doesn't look good when MM has 2 popups active at the same time).
3) The miniplayer or main MM window are displayed, but another window (e.g. firefox) is in focus. i.e. if MM is already displayed and is unobscured, there's no reason for a popup to appear since the relevant information already appears in the MM window.

3) probably cannot be detected easily, as the window is in fact really inactive, detecting overlay of other windows in system would be really problematic.
Assigning to Petr to solve at least 1)+2), we currently cannot detect this situation.

Tested 2267.
Verified 1). However 2) is still not fixed:
0 Launch MM, initiate playback, and make sure that Popups display when MM is in the background
1 Activate the microplayer
2 Press 'next' in the MicroPlayer
--> 2 popups appear: one because the user is hovered on the MicroPlayer, and a second because of the track transition (the second one shouldn't appear i.e. if the mouse is hovering over the microplayer, then transition Popups shouldn't appear as they'll always result in duplicates).
