I'm able to replicate this by performing a sync on a Nexus 7, waiting 15 minutes after the sync is complete, and then clicking the Power button, and navigating through the lock screen --> MMA is on the following screen: Internal Storage Downloaded 21 track(s) Updated 1 playlist [Waiting for the remote server...] --------------------------------- Touching the screen causes the message to disappear. I suspect that an easy fix would be for MMA to never try to connect to MMW after a sync has completed, and the sync status screen is being displayed. |

I've added some debug logs to build 176. I am to able to reproduce it so could you please send logs in case it occurs. |

I've been able to replicate this in build 179 by initiating a sync, waiting for the screen to timeout, and then pressing the 'home' button. -->MediaMonkey comes back into focus, with synchronization occurring in the background, but "Waiting for the remote server..." appearing on top of it. Note: A track was being converted at the time that the 'home' button was pressed. I forgot to generate a log, and on subsequent attempts, I was unable to replicate this :-( |

Reproduced at log 18Y4ZRB3PL I was able to replicate by: 1 Enabling 'Show MediaMonkey when screen is locked' and setting 'Show in notifications bar' to 1 minute 2 loading the MMA player with content from the MMW server (accessed via UPnP), and playing it and pausing it immediately prior to sync 3 initiating a sync, accepting deletions in the confirmation dialog, and then pressing the power button 4 press power button again --> MMA lock player appears 5 press 'Back' button to get past the lock player. Then get past the lock screen --> MMA sync dialog appears with sync in progress, but the 'Waiting for the remote server...' dialog also appears. |

I am now able to reproduce it. It is caused by new implementation of dialogs that remain on screen when display is turned off before they are dismissed. This is a helpful feature but not for this usecase. 1. Start sync 2. Press power button when "Connecting..." or "Waiting for the remote server..." dialog is displayed. 3. Wait cca 15 seconds 4. Press power button and unlock. It is not related on lock screen player. 5. Last dialog will be displayed. I cannot fix it completely. But I forced dismissing of the dialog. So it just blink and disappear. Fixed in build 180 |
