Summary	0009833: Playlist creating results in a full scan
Description	When send content of a playlist to a new playlist, full device scan starts in few seconds. What I would expect instead is that there's no scanning necessary. Note also, that probably in relation to this issue, the newly created playlist disappears sometimes for a while - i.e. in a fully loaded Playlists view, the playlist isn't present, even though it has already been there, and after some time it shows up there again.

marek 2012-10-17 05:14 developer ~0032608	Fixed in build 47 The process was moved to serialized service to avoid conflicts with MediaStore synchronization. This also deactivates observer that launched the new whole sync.
