Summary0009812: Scroll bar doesn't display correctly on some devices
DescriptionOn the Nexus 7 (JB), there are a couple of minor issues with the scrollbar that appears in the Track browser views:

1) Upon switching to the view, a standard scrollbar briefly appears (rather than the skinned scrollbar used by MM). Side note: I actually prefer the look of the standard scrollbar along with the fact that it takes up less space.

2) Upon attempting to scroll, the scrollbar appears _on_top_ of the mm:ss indicator for all tracks, and across the horizontal rules between tracks. This doesn't look good.

What should happen is that the scrollbar should appear to the right of both. i.e. there should be space to the right of the numbers for the scrollbar, and the horizantal lines between tracks should only extend as far as the edge of the mm:ss indicator.

I would also suggest that in order not to waste too much screen real estate, the scrollbar should be positioned closer to the right edge of the screen.

Per discussion with Jiri, the issues raised above are valid, but the functionality of the fast scrollbar is quite important. So:

- we'll fix the problem for devices that have the screen real estate to do so
- we'll leave the problem for smaller devices

All nexus devices are supported by custom ROMS like lineage and not observe such issues.

MMA 960 tested on Nexus 7 (2013) and Nexus 9,
