| Summary | 0009766: Song metadata issue when MMA is restarted | ||||
| Description | When MMA is restarted (after forced restart or phone reboot), database appears to get corrupted - previously correctly identified artists become "unknown artist" From our engineer: when MediaSync encounters a track which exists on the SD card and is already registered in the MediaMonkey database, the function MediaSync.inBothDatabases() is called. This in turn calls SyncMediaHelper.updateMedia() which contains the bug. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Uninstall; clear data 2. Install MediaMonkey, launch 3. Note tracks correctly identified 4. Force quit (or restart phone nicely) 5. Start MediaMonkey (this will trigger a new sync) 6. Note that tracks are all "Unknown artist" | ||||
| Additional Information | Build 36 Please note this is a showstopper for us - would be grateful for a quick turnaround on this. Thanks | ||||
