Here's a slight re-arrangement of the About dialog to accomodate this: ------------- MediaMonkey (R) Version: x.x.x.x (<Portable mode>) License: <License info> ---- (don't use a textbox) [Check for updates] ---- (when 0005087 is implemented) <Attribution scroller> Copyright (c) 2000-2011 Ventis Media, Inc., All rights reserved. MediaMonkey is protected by copyright law. You may not redistribute MediaMonkey without authorization--please download it from: <links> ... ----------------- Important: The only functional change being tracked in the bug is the addition of (<Portable Mode>). All the other changes are to the layout so that it's more clearly organized for this functional change, and to better accomodate other changes (update functionality). |

The License: <License info> appears as: License: <License info> in a textbox. It shouldn't be in a textbox i.e. it should just appear as License: <License info> Also, please verify that the first 3 lines are evenly spaced. |

It also seems that debug messages don't mention that it's a portable install, this might be useful to include. |

Verified on 1460 that Portable Mode is shown. Issues seen (see screenshot): 1) License text is misaligned 2) MediaMonkey logo is shown in box (WinServer 2003) |

License info align fixed in 1461. Box around icon - there's no request to remove this box. Rusty ? |

This box wasn't present in MediaMonkey 3 and looks out of place, but it isn't an important issue for me. |

Agreed--the icon should always just be a bitmap (no box). |
