Summary0008623: Copy/Paste of file into another app doesn't preserve Unicode characters
DescriptionIf the user Copies a file from MM, and pastes it into another application (so that the path gets pasted), any unicode characters in the path are converted to '?'.

This bug exists in MM3 as well, but it may be worth fixing given more users in Asian regions.
Steps To Reproduce1 Run notepad++ and configure the active document for utf-8 encoding
2 In MediaMonkey select a track containing unicode characters and then CTRL-C
3 Paste the 'track' into notepad++
-->full path path gets pasted except that unicode characters are converted to '?'
