Optimize database (quick) rebuilds also full-text search index, this should not happen.

 Fixed one more tweak in build 1448:
If only these two checkboxes
[x] Re-create full-text search index
[x] Optimize database (quick)
were ticked then only the 'Optimize database (quick)' was performed.
