Summary0008517: Deleting tracks from an iPod or just connecting iPod can freeze
Description1. This is not reproducable, but for some users trying to delete a track from iPod via MM interface or just starting MediaMonkey with an iPod connected can results in UI freeze.

Logs attached.

2. Another issue (that is reproducable) is trying to delete thousands of tracks from an iPod via MM interface => freeze

I see that the deletion is moved to a thread. We should test this on various devices and also I think it would be better to delete small number of tracks (like <10 or <20) directly, not in a thread.

Tested with various devices and run the deletion process on background only if there is more than 20 tracks to delete (as suggested).
