 Peke indicates that upgrading to 1447 triggers this problem again for him. Peke please document repro steps.

Fixed in build 1448.
 - I fixed some issues and also forced upgrades from pre-4.0 versions having any value in '%' set to be changed to '100%' on the first run of MM 4, in order to avoid any negative user experience.
