Description	Collection settings (columns, order, view mode etc.) doesn't persist when running on Japanese windows.

rusty 2011-09-09 01:28 administrator ~0027520	Note: The Problem was that some collection settings (incl. view) were stored in the DB in non-unicode format, triggering problems on Windows Japanese and Chinese. In 1429 it's stored in unicode.
