| Description | For video files (tested with MPG) with external art (not thumnails) the Art fails to load in the Art and Art with Details view when the Art hasn't been cached. The user needs to select each file to load the Art. The Art with Details view does show Art for Selected file when entering the node while the Art views don't. | ||||

On a clean portable installation, scan of all media --> -AA generated correctly for Audio files -AA thumbnails don't show for ~15% of video files even though the codec pack is installed and the files are playable. Debug log attached, along with video below: http://screencast.com/t/HtJc2mtwAUd Note: strangely, when I did a new install and just scanned the video directory that exhibited the problems, the thumbnails all generated correctly. |

PS. MediaMonkey did recognize the files had Art (as shown in Art tab) as well it does load the thumbnails when selecting the files. The problem is that it doesn't always show art in the Art Views for all files (even when cached thumbnail already exists it can fail). The behavior seems also to be inconsistent. |

I'm no longer able to reproduce this in 1407, except for the refresh problem in which hovering over 'unknown art' cause the thumbnail to appear, which is tracked separately at 0008138. |
