Summary0007405: Standard Toolbar Edit Function opens Playlist Properties dialog in some cases
DescriptionIf the user clicks a playlist and then clicks 'Edit' in the standard toolbar, then the Edit Playlist dialog appears instead of the (Edit Multiple) File Properties dialog.

The opposite is also true. i.e. if the user clicks the Edit Playlist button after having clicked a track, then the File Properties dialog appears (when the user would have expected to edit the playlist.

If it's impossible to fix, then it might make sense to just remove the Edit Playlist button.

Verified that Edit button disables when selecting a Playlist.

If the Tracklisting is clicked on an empty Playlist it will be enabled, despite that it won't work as no files are available. This also happens when clicking in the empty space under a playlist with tracks. The Burn button is also enabled. Play Now and Send To properly disable.

The Edit button no longer seems to work when a track is selected outside of a Playlist, like in a Collection (Regression): http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=56183
