Summary	0000713: File Monitor fails on some folder operations
Description	The file monitor doesn't properly reflect operations on the folder that is being monitored when: -The folder being monitored is moved -The folder being monitored is deleted The first issue is more important than the second, though it's unclear whether either is absolutely required for 2.0.2.

rusty 2003-09-15 14:24 administrator ~0002309	Changing this to a documentation issue--we need to be clear that the filemonitor only detects changes to the _contents_ of the monitored folders.

rusty 2004-04-30 13:46 administrator ~0003929	Documentation is updated as best as possible. Although this may be difficult to resolve, after further thought, it is definitely a usability bug. Changing priority to 'high' and re-assiging to Jiri.
