| Description | 1 Scan tracks from a portable drive (L:) into the library 2 Play tracks from L: 3 Close MM 4 Disconnect the drive L: 5 Run MM --> Tracks in Now Playing are missing metadata 6 Reconnect L: --> Most tracks in L: regain metadata, except the one that was playing and the one immediately after! (note: user reported that all tracks were missing metadata--which would be a regression). Note: can be pushed to 4.0 if fix is high risk, since this isn't consistently reproducible, the usecase is not that common, and the workaround is to simply update the Now playing list. | ||||
