Summary0005811: Primo: CD-Text encoding is limited to ISO 8859-1
DescriptionCD-text encoding is always ISO/IEC 8859-1, which means that some MM users have trouble reading CDs with alternate formats, and cannot write CDs with alternate formats (needed e.g. for writing Japanese disks, or for Devices that expect an alternate format).

There is no way to set the encoding to a different format and the code does not handle multiple encodings currently. This will be fixed by Primo in the future.
