Summary0005765: No error message when copying to device that can't be written
DescriptionIf the user has configured a device with removable media, and then attempts to synch to the device (e.g. drive A:), MM will proceed to 'sync' and indicate in the status bar that files are being copied, even though they're not.

Probably, an error message should result (maybe we should consider using the Error Handling framework for all sync related errors, so that at the end of a sync operation, all failed copies appear in a list).

Similarly, syncing to a drive letter that is not assigned (e.g. due to a SUBST failure) apparently completes, failing to alert the user to the fact it has not.
