DescriptionIf Windows Vista Parental Controls are active, MediaMonkey:
-Cannot view the shoutcast directory (icecast and other webnodes work fine)
-Cannot play streams e.g. http://steady.somafm.com:8388

As soon as parental controls are disabled, these functions work properly.

Upon further investigation, it seems that the bug is with the Parental control filter, rather than MM. i.e. when using WMP, and opening the same stream, the following message appears:

Windows Media Player cannot perform the requested action because the Parental Controls Web Filter is turned on. To enable this action, ask your computer administrator to turn off the Web Filter for your user account.

Thus, it seems we cannot fix this problem in MM, however, we can provide the user with some information about how to fix the problem. e.g.

"MediaMonkey cannot perform the requested action because the Parental Controls Web Filter is turned on. To enable this action, ask your computer administrator to turn off the Web Filter for your user account."

OR if we don't have the right API

"MediaMonkey cannot play this content because it is inaccessible due to firewall, Parental filter, or other internet connection problem."
