| Summary | 0000421: Winamp Integration: Playing CDs --> track info doesn't appear in Winamp | ||||
| Description | When WinAmp is set as the player for SDB, when a CD is inserted, the tracks play in WinAmp, however, tracks always appear as Unknown in the WinAmp player. Note: Tracks initially appear in the WinAmp playlist, however, as soon as any track starts playing, the title/artist both change to Unknown. In bug #416, Jiri suggested that the solution to this problem is to write track information to CDPlayer.ini so that it appears in the WinAmp player. | ||||

I would make it a normal priority bug, because it actually isn't a Songs-DB bug. It might be even possible to solve in WinAmp by some input plug-in or its configuration to use Freedb. The other proposed solution is rather a good will of Songs-DB to help WinAmp - I don't see this kind of bugs to be important. |
