Summary0004146: Cannot Burn/Rip if CD drive letter is A/B
DescriptionTwo users have written in indicating that:
-MM ripping (and burning?) doesn't work with CD letter of B
-MM playback generates errors with CD letter of B
    "Tracks from the following locations are currently inaccessible: Please reconnect the drive, insert the CDs, or save the tracks to the Virtual CD"

The problem goes away if the user remaps the disk to a different letter, but the better solution would be for MM to be able to play/rip a disk from drive B:.

I suppose that the problem is caused by the entry

[System]
IgnoreDriveLetters=AB

in MM.ini file. User can try to edit this...

Updated the faq. We can change the defaults if this proves to be a common problem.
