Possibly related to this is the fact that when MM is minimized to the Micro-Monkey, everytime the Popup appears, an MM entry appears in the taskbar. |

Popup-info seems to be functioning as a popup notifier (own window-frame as Rusty explains). This isn't how Toaster works for example. |
