| Description | Options Cleanup: This summarizes a list of minor options panel changes for usability and look, without going into a complete re-implementation: General Comment: Sometimes the UI shows a Bold Header, and sometimes a box is used to group config items. I prefer the second approach as it looks cleaner; we should be more consistent about this. Comments by Panel: General -Eliminate the white space between 'always show tray icon' and Minimization settings -Move Font Size to Appearance -Change Minimization settings text as follows: ---Minimize to tray --> Minimize to MicroMonkey ---Minimize to Now Playing ---> Minimize to MiniMonkey General>Party Mode: -Left align the 'Player Controls' section General>Network (Proxy & Freedb) -Align 'Proxy Server' heading -Align 'Freedb Settings' heading -Remove 'Alternate Servers' link Player -Move 'Display format for long titles' below the 'Choose Player' section and indent -Indent, and correctly left align the 'Pop up Display' section -Align the 'Pop-up Display' heading -Align the Default 'Double-click' action heading -Make sure that the 'Display format...' and 'Pop up Display' sections are greyed if the (o) MediaMonkey Player isn't selected -Move the Pop-up Display section below the 'Default Double-Click' Action section Player>Volume Leveling -The 'per Album' dropdown box should be right-or left-aligned with other boxes -Move 'Automatically analyze volume of unanalyzed Tracks' to be the third option in the 'General' box on that panel Podcast configuration -Correctly align the second portion of the dialog (i.e. everything from 'When new episodes are available:' should be nudged to the left. All is fixed except the proposal specified in the bug 2211. I guess that it will be handled in that bug. Re: -Align 'x' heading Note: when 'Casino orange' skin is active then the frame (group box) is invisible because it has the same color like background (dark gray). |

Tested 1051--this looks _much_ better. A couple of remaining issues: Player: -Move 'Display format for long titles' to the bottom of the panel (below the pop-up display settings). It looks strange in its current location -'Display format for long titles' should be greyed out if Winamp2 is the player Library > Appearance: -Appearance panel should be moved to a subnode of Library (i.e. Appearance --> Library > Appearance . Appearance > Tree --move to--> Libary > Tree (though this will be updated further when we resolve 2211) . Appearance > Skin --move to--> Skin -'Font Size' should be moved to the Skin panel (sorry about that--it fits better there) |

All is fixed in build 1053 except 'Display format for long titles' should be greyed out if Winamp2 is the player - I've asked Petr for this and he told me that it depends on skin. i.e. the label is disabled, but the color of disabled text depends on skin. Ask Petr for details. |
