Summary0002940: Cannot scan m4a files
DescriptionFor some reason, in build 1026, there's no means of adding .m4a (or any other AAC formats) to the library. Note that this bug has been around for awhile but was never reported--I'd just assumed it was related to the fact that there were still some issues to be resolved with the plugin.

I tested this on 2 machines (XP and Vista) and in both cases the option was not available in:
-scan folders dialog
-file types config dialog

A review of the debug log (posted to ftp) shows a problem with loading of the aac plugin.

Technically, the problem is definitely in the fact that f_aac.dll links to MSVCRTD.dll. This dependency must be removed. The same must be done for f_aac_codec, althought it isn't that much critical issue.

Discussed in details directly with Pavel.
