Description	As reported by a user, sometimes tracks are synchronized to the root folder only using d_WMDM.dll.

jiri 2007-02-09 13:02 administrator ~0008544	Fixed in build 1015. This is caused by the fast that 'Motorola Razr V3m Phone' reports in one flag, that folders aren't supported (this flag was used by MM), but another flag reports (correctly) that folders are supported. MM will use both flags to fix this issue.
