I spent a lot of time on this issue and can't yet fix it fully. So far: 1. I can probably find out what type of iPod is connected and thus album art will be correctly uploaded. 2. I don't know yet how to find out SerialNumber of the connected iPod. Therefore iPod without SysInfo file would be recognized as a new one and user would lose all its configuration in MM. |

Fixed in build 1002. 1. iPod type should be properly recognized now, i.e. album art should always be properly uploaded. 2. I haven't found a method how to get a serial number from iPod when SysInfo file is missing (or empty), but I added some code that will properly recognize iPod in almost all cases (in some _very_ specific cases user might need to manually enter iPod SN into SysInfo file, under key 'pszSerialNumber:' in order to let MM match iPod with stored device settings). |
