Summary	0002223: Burn Data CD: Scrollbar isn't scaled correctly
Description	The Scrollbar on the 'Choose Disc Format' page of the burn data CD wizard does not scale correctly. i.e. after moving the scrollbar only 1/3 of the way down, it is already past the last track in the list!! What should happen is that when the user moves the scrollbar to the bottom, the last track becomes visible.
