Summary0022223: Playlist export and encoding format
DescriptionIn MediaMonkey currently there is no way to choose playlist exporting format.

Some devices only support ASCII (some even do not recognize unicode filenames), some assume UTF-8 and some use UTF-16 and MM always write files with BOM character.

There should be a way to select that in Device profiles and in playlist export.

Options that should cover most cases are:
[ASCII, UTF8 no BOM, UTF8 with BOM, UTF16]

NOTE: We should also consider adding "[ ] Force ASCII filenames" which would apple "$ASCII(<Destination Mask>)" and on fly convert filenames to ASCII according to [File Mapping] from INI file.
