Summary0022030: CUE: WaveBar do not work on CUE Tracks
Description1. WaveBar/Wafeform calculations do not work on CUE Tracks (other apps shows them correctly)

2. Calculation of waveform for each CUE Track takes too much (eg. it should be calculated only for track time not whole file, other apps show it in <1s)
Steps To Reproduce1. Load CUE With audio Single file and multiple tracks
2. For any track in CUE file Waveform is distorted
