Summary	0021757: Users can't edit playlists on some devices
Description	This has been reported a couple of times with 2.x with various Galaxy devices (even recent ones): Some users report that attempting to add a track to a playlists results in a 'Cannot use this folder error'. Moreover, the users indicate that Options > Library & Sync do not show any warnings about the /Playlists folder missing permissions. Reported at ticket 13668: Log ID 5GV73QF8R6

rusty 2025-09-05 15:04 administrator ~0079476	This seems to be some sort of misunderstanding by the user regarding sync functionality. I'm trying to understand what the confusion is so that we can prevent it, but it doesn't appear to be a functional bug.
