Summary	0002167: Party Mode: Disabling Party mode ---> some functions are still locked!
Description	I just noticed something very strange that seems to be reproducible: 1) Enable Party Mode (in it's most restrictive mode) 2) Disable Party Mode 3) Attempts to delete track from a Playlist don't work! note: I couldn't find any other behaviours that were locked but it might be worth rechecking this code.
