Summary | 0021645: Send To Email: How to make and register Windows handler for Send to Email
Description | Often it can happen that user can't send Tracks to Email. Here is example how it can be handled for Chromium browsers so that any mailto links are correctly opened and handled.
Steps To Reproduce | For Chromium based browsers (eg. like Chrome, Vivaldi, Brave): 1. Close all open Gmail tabs (if any). 2. Type "chrome://settings/handlers" into your address bar and press enter. 3. Make sure "Allow sites to ask to become default handlers for protocols" or similar option is enabled. 4. Close this tab. 5. Launch Gmail and you should now see a diamond icon at the right of the address bar. Click that to set Gmail as your default email handler. NOTE: If you don't see the diamond icon to the right if the address bar, you may need to quit and relaunch Chrome for the change to take effect
