Summary	0020997: Main system menu is missing
Description	There is no way to Minimize / Restore / Maximize / resize / move window by keyboard, since there is no button which could show system menu on Alt+Space. MM4 had it. What is interesting, there is the data-id="iconElement" button, but it is always hidden and I don't know if any skin has it displayed. There should be an option in the program that could toggle its visibility. However, that menu has missing Size and Move options, which are more important to have their keyboard alternatives.
