DescriptionAs requested several times by users, MM should ignore some specific folders/tracks when it checks for tracks to be deleted.

 - A new edit line was added where user can either write a comma separated list of folders to ignore, or even file masks, e.g.:
\Recorded, *.ogg, *.aa, \This\folder\is\important
