Summary	0020634: Details page of Properties dialog messes size of controls on other pages
Description	If you open any other page in Properties dialog box except Details, they will have their controls correctly displayed without overlapping the button bar on the bottom. However, if you open Details page when the Properties dialog box is resized to its minimum size, and after that open again other pages (Basic, Lyrics...), their bottomless control will overlap the button bar. The amount of overlapping depends of the skin, it is more noticeable with small font sizes.
