Summary0020556: Milkshake Visualization silently fails when Hardware Acceleration is disabled
DescriptionWhen the user disables Hardware Acceleration under Tools > Options > Performance the Milkshake Visualization silently fails. It will only show a black screen and the Presets shows an empty list.

Solutions could be:
A) Disable Milkshake as option (if enabled on disabling hardware acceleration auto-switch to different visualization).
B) Hide Milkshake from available Visualization (if enabled on disabling hardware acceleration auto-switch to different visualization).
C) Show Toast that Milkshake requires Hardware Acceleration to work on playback with Milkshake enabled
D) Tooltip on Hardware Acceleration option to indicate that Milkshake will not work when disabled
E) Show Toast when disabling Hardware Acceleration to inform user that Milkshake won't work (or only when Milkshake was enabled).

Solutions need to take into account that this can be disabled via MediaMonkey_NoGPU.bat.

I think that C) is the most suitable solution..

Used solution C) with following toast message:

'Milkshake requires Hardware Acceleration to be enabled' [Options]

Verified on 2832.

However, when you switch to Visualization it shows, if you then go to Playing and back to Visualization it doesn't show anymore. Switching between visualizations does show it each time switching to Milkshake.
