Summary0020174: Playlists selected for scan, don't scan when Playlists file types aren't enabled
DescriptionWhen Playlists are disabled to be scanned in the Options, user can still select specific Playlists themselves to be scanned. However they won't actually scan into MediaMonkey. MediaMonkey should either:

A. Scan specifically selected Playlists, but ignore any Playlists in selected Folders. This would help certain users in scanning in certain specific Playlists, but not all.
B. Add/Rescan Files should only shows Playlist File Types enabled under Tools > Options > Library to be scanned in.

There are 2 possible approaches:
1) The Folders node always displays all files (playlists, audio, video) that are supported by MediaMonkey
2) The Folders node only displays files (playlists, audio, video) that are configured to be displayed/scanned by MediaMonkey

Based on the description of the bug, it sounds as if (for Playlists at least) the current approach is the first. From my perspective, this makes sense (though I'm curious as to whether it's the approach taken for _all_ files). A possible solution for the cases described would be to generate an appropriate error message for cases in which some playlists, audio, video files aren't scanned because of the current configuration.

e.g. Change the scan results dialog from:
Scan results
Library now has x files
Search and update took hh:mm
Imported y new files
Updated z files
Did not import A files (did not match import criteria)
Failed to import B files

To:
Scan results
Library now has x files
Search and update took hh:mm
Added _y new files_ (link to list)
Updated z files
Failed to add _B files_ (link to list)
Skipped _A files_ (filtered or disabled in _Library settings_) (links to list and to library settings)

[Retry] [OK] ('Retry' can appear if files have been skipped and if the user changes the library settings)

One final note: If the scan results dialog is set to be hidden, the 'Skipped files' entry should appear as a toast.

Not sure what fix was implemented, but on 2818, I disabled all Playlist File Types, selected 1 Playlist to be scanned and scanned. Nothing happened, no error message, nor was the Playlist actually scanned in.
