Summary	0019904: WAV: Some WAV files with incorrect ID3 Chunk are not playable in MM
Description	Some WAV files with incorrect ID3 Chunk are not playable in MM. Sample files are supplied in Support Ticket namely: - 'COMME CI, COMME CA Chris Walker.wav' - 'COMME CI, COMME CA Frank Chacksfield.wav' Audio Data is intact, and RAW Brute Force delete of "id3" chunk from end of file make MM normally read LISTINFO tags. NOTE: RIFF Track size from header needs to be recalculated afterwards.
