Summary	0019741: Wrong Artwork can be shown in MMA even synced corrected one from MM5
Description	Many users reported that they are missing Album Art in MMA and that Album art gets missing after restart or after new sync. I've conducted testing for past week on several devices and force saving Artwork to File while not syncing to folder makes AA show normally in Androd 9/10 devices On Android TV 8.1 some AA larger than 1000x1000 do not show. It could be useful to review defaults.

peke 2023-02-23 13:34 developer ~0071210 Last edited: 2023-02-23 14:30	While testing 0019690 with this bug description I have found that: i) After AA tag update in MM5 with correct tag and resync (Save to albumart.jpg is disabled, copy to tag enabled) AA is correctly shown in MM till one of next Check for library updates it is reverted to previous AA ii) No other apps show updated AA iii) Track is not Resynced so wrong AA was left in file tag iv) if user enables saving albumart.jpg on rescan folder sometimes all other files show albumart.jpg v) also if user move track outside MMA then MMA scan wrong AA and Sync do not update to one from MM5 even it correctly pair track and report no sync needed.

rusty 2023-05-08 20:33 administrator ~0071769 Last edited: 2023-05-08 20:57	Based on the last set of steps provided, this is just a specific case of 0011919. i.e. when multiple tracks on an album contain different album art (or if some are missing Album Art), album art operations does not behave as expected when synced to MMA: a) additions may get applied to all tracks on the album (instead of the artwork from the first track staying applied to all tracks) b) deletions may cause artwork for a single track to be removed
