Summary	0019488: MMW grabs focus whenever a new window opens
Description	As originally reported at 0019395, whenever MM opens a new window, it causes focus to be taken from whatever other app the user is typing in. Cases observed thus far: 1) Launching MM. Causes focus to be grabbed ~3 times during the launch process 2) When a 'New version' announcement appears, MM grabs focus 3) When a scan operation is completed and the Scan status dialog appears, MM grabs focus 4) When an 'invisible window' opens for artwork lookup either: a) When playback starts for a file that is missing artwork (assuming background artwork lookup is enabled). This is fully described in 0019478. b) When auto-tag is used to lookup artwork. This is fully describe in 0019257. Note that the manifestation of the bug is different in the various cases: - In all cases, keyboard input switches away from the active app to MediaMonkey - In cases such as 4a where the keyboard input has a UI control within which it can appears (the contextual search bar), MediaMonkey is also brought to the foreground (but in cases such as 4b, where the auto-tag dialog has no UI control that accepts keyboard input, MediaMonkey is not brought to the foreground). There may be other instances of dialogs appearing at the completion of a task for which the bug also occurs. This is really quite annoying...to be working in another document while MM is playing music and for it to suddenly grab focus!
