| Description | I have disabled Internet access to the program in Windows Firewall and I believe there are many users that are using the program without Internet access. EDIT (by Ludek): Possible solutions: 1) Add 'None' options to Options > Metadata Lookup > Audio CD metadata lookup > Database: [....] dropdown Pros: No new string needed to translate/localize Cons: Not so intuitive 2) MM4 had option '[x] Query freedb automatically (when connected)' which could be evaluated to re-add. MM5 does the lookup automatically and can't be disabled Pros: More intuitive than 1) Cons: New string/translation needed 3) Supress any error message when internet access id disabled or MM5 is blocked by firewall. Pros: No new string needed to translate/localize Cons: User wouldn't be aware about the problem (why the lookup has failed). Probably solution 2) with needed string modification is preferred solution? | ||||
