Summary0018785: USB Sync: MM can't detect USB MTP Device when in Charge only mode
DescriptionMM can't detect/sync USB MTP Device when in Charge only mode, which is normal, but it would be very useful if we can list taht some devices are in Charge Only mode and then point to https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/knowledge-base/mediamonkey-device-sync/usb-sync-fails/ to se ehow to enable syncing.

The main issue here is that you cannot reliably distinguish "Charge only" from "MTP unavailable for another reason"
i.e. this would result in listing also devices that are not MTP capable
