I am not too keen adding this as it makes the UI more cumbersome, occupies further vertical space and actually does the same as the new "funnel" filtering feature (when a particular collection node is in focus)

EDIT: Alternatively we could add new criteria "Collection is/isn't ..."

Note that funnel filtering can't have multiple limiting criterias rg. length <360 and genre = Pop

If I'm understanding the request correctly, if we implemented this, it conflicts somewhat with the current design:
- Contextual search that's Collection-specific
- Global search that's Global (and Advanced Search is part of Global Search)
Moveover, Global Search is designed so that search terms are retained as filters, and filters (currently) apply across all Collections.

So if we made such a change, it would result in:
'Global Searches' that aren't global
'Filters' that don't apply to all Collections

For example: if an advanced search is set to 'Collection:Music, Rating>3', then a filter would persist with those settings. BUT the filter would no longer work for any collection other than Music!

There may be a way to implement this that makes sense, but it's probably a more significant change than it appears at first glance.
