| Summary | 0018543: Update strings for 5.0.2 | ||||
| Description | Several languages have been updated for 5.0.2 in weblate, so new string packages/versions should be created. Test note: there are a fair number of strings updated/changed, so we should also make sure that the new versions are backwards compatible with 5.0.1 (mainly that they don't crash 5.0.1). | ||||

| Fixed in build | 2528 | ||||
| | The initial set of updated languages are: French Czech Dutch German Ukrainian Korean Portuguese (Brazil) Spanish (Chile) Ukrainian Slovenian (this one still has a couple of strings remaining) |
|  | Language packs updated |
| | Note: updated strings have been posted to the website. I tested backwards compatibility to ensure that the new strings don't cause any stability issues for existing 5.0.1 users. I didn't test anything else (e.g. upgrades of 5.0.1 language packs--I think Martin may already be testing this / verification of strings in 5.0.2). |
| | Catalan, Greek, and Solvenian have been updated. Also, Weblate now shows a new language Spanish (Latin America)--please ignore it for now--it should eventually replace Spanish (Chile) and Spanish (Argentina), but there are some issues to clarify first. |
|  | Language packs updated |
| | Re-opening: Polish language has been completed. i.e. in addition to being updated, it should no longer be tagged as 'beta'. |
|  | Updated |
| | Tested 2522 and Polish is still labelled as 'Beta' (only in Options > Language). I guess this is just a question of modifying the .json file, which I can do, but I suspect it's better if you do so that it's incorporated into the build process. |
| | Probably you have cached old json file ... delete it (it's in temp folder) or wait one day (file is cached for a one day) |
| | Verified 2523 (it just took some time for the cache to expire). |
| | Updated about dialog to credit the Polish translator. |
|  | Verified 2524. |
| | Please update for 2828 (there's a known update to Dutch not sure about others). |
|  | Updated |
|  | Verified 2528. |
