Summary0017936: Download tree node: Download tree node only have always visible and Always hide
DescriptionDownload tree node only have always visible and Always hide, while if set to always visible it shows only when there is download.

I guess it should be set as "Visible if there is content" eg. Download is ongoing and hide behavior should be handled in 0017679:0063575 point 2)

i.e. same as 'Audio CD' node it is shown as 'Visible if content exists' and its state cannot be changed:

There should be feedback to the user that this can't be changed:

A) Show it greyed out
B) Don't show checkbox
C) Show tooltip

 OK, made the checkbox greyed out with the tooltip for the whole row (in build 3158)

Verified on 3158 for both Downloads and Audio CD.
