Either there's a regression in 2330, or this bug is much worse than originally reported. Now the miniplayer, appears as shown.

Yes it seems that it's a two step bug (and the second part--steps 2 and 3-- was discovered after updating to the latest build because updating involves restarting MM):

1) Replicate the problem as originally described (so that the miniplayer playing list is cut off)
2) then Maximize MM (i.e. exit the miniplayer without collapsing the playing list)
3) Restart MM
--> When minimized, the MiniPlayer has a bunch of empty space
--> When expanded to show the Playing list, the MiniPlayer is > 2x long as it should be

Note: unless there's a workaround to this issue, we probably need to fix it since it effectively breaks the miniplayer (it's no longer mini).

Test note: Petr pointed out that the second issue can even be replicated just by performing steps 2 and 3.

1) it looks like chromium bug so i've made a workaround - move mini player window upward if necessary to see newly opened NP part of the player complete

MiniPlayer isn't opening at all in build 2331 (tested with Portable installation installed on top of 2330 that had experienced the bug). i.e. i click the button and nothing happens.

It was kind of random when NP should be visible. Fixed
