Re open New line shiuld be shown only when Player is disabled, because when Player is enabled adding new line makes player jumps up and it looks bad.

Found several ways to replicate issue.

Steps 1:
1. Disable Bottom Panel in View menu
2. Start scanning the files and enable status bar by clicking on progress circle (If not enabled)
3. Select One large or complex Auto-Playlist so that you have two status bars eg. scanning and Reading files
4. No matter which one finishes it removes status bar and one that is left overlays main screen.

Steps 2:
0. Disable Bottom Panel in View menu
1. Have monitoring on startup enabled on large drive like c:\
2. Close MM on Large Auto-Playlist (one from example have 200k of tracks so it takes several seconds to populate)
3. Restart MM
4. Once Auto-Playlist gets populated It removes Status line and other background job overlays main screen

See attached Image.

NOTE: It is timing issue and it is hard to replicate on short background jobs as only one is shown in status bar or even if it overlays it gets closed very soon.

Reduced priority, considering the fact that this only occurs some of the time and only when:
- the bottom panel is disabled
- multiple progress bars are activated
